Hoopla Pin Requirement Begins Jan. 3

Hoopla Subscribers Will Need PIN Starting on January 3, 2022 To increase online security and privacy, Hoopla will require all users to provide their library PIN starting on Monday, January 3, 2022. The process is similar across the website, Android, and iOS devices, but vary slightly due to sizing and software requirements. Please see below for device specific instructions. (Please also note that the PIN field will not display until the morning of January 3rd. Questions adding your PIN: Call Reference at 330-804-4666.) Website: 1. Log in to hoopla. 2. Click on the gear icon at the top right for settings. 3. Select LIBRARY. 4. Enter your library PIN in the PIN field just below your library card number. 5. Click SAVE. Android: 1. Login to hoopla using the app. 2. Click on Settings at the bottom right. 3. Scroll down to the PIN section and enter in your PIN. 4. Click SAVE at the top right. iOS: 1. Login to hoopla using the app. 2. Click on the gear icon at the top right for settings. 3. Select Library Settings. 4. Enter your library PIN in the PIN field just below your library card number. 5. Click SAVE.

What is my CLEVNET PIN?
The PIN is typically the last 4 digits of the phone number you use to check out library materials, unless you have changed it.

Forgot my CLEVNET PIN?
Your PIN can be reset by clicking My Account here at wcpl.info which will take you to the CLEVNET library catalog. Next, click on Log In and enter your library card number (without the A prefix) and click Forget my password/pin and you should receive an email with further reset instructions.

You can also stop by your local WCPL branch with an ID and reset your PIN. Some users may receive a message saying your card is expired or invalid.
