Our Services at WCPL
- Rooms - Our meeting and conference rooms are available for reservations up to three months in advance for educational and community purposes. All bookings must be open to the public. For small meetings, you can reserve one of our study rooms.
- Computer Software Skills - We offer access to Northstar Digital Literacy, a program designed to boost computer skills and confidence in essential digital tasks. Both organizations and individuals can assess their proficiency and identify areas for improvement. Northstar supports self-paced learning in key areas like Basic Computer Skills, Internet Basics, Email Usage, and proficiency in Windows, Mac OS, and vital software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Computer & Device Assistance - Get free one-on-one basic computer tutorials to start from scratch or refresh your technology skills. Call 330.804.4666 to make an appointment.
- Resume, Job Searching and Interview Preparation - Get free one-on-one resume help, education and career advice, interviewing prep, LinkedIN profile tips, and more from our staff. Call 330.804.4666 to make an appointment. Participants will receive a flash drive, up to 20 resumes printed on quality paper, envelopes if needed and a folder. This is made possible by a grant from the Employment Resource Fund of Wayne County.
- Notary Service - Notary Service is available by appointment only at all Wayne County Public Library locations and provided by a licensed State of Ohio Notary. This service is free. Please call Dianna at 330.804.4667 or Naomi 330.804.4664 to make an appointment.
- Test Proctoring Service - Proctoring is available for anyone needing to take tests for college or professional certifications. Call 330.262.0916 x4348.
